Who We Are
Hi, I’m Peter Sieve. I’ve been hosting and managing short-term rentals for over 11 years, but hospitality wasn’t something I came to through real estate alone.

I’m a touring musician and a food writer. I publish Meal Magazine, a print journal focused on people and place through food. Alongside that work, I’ve spent the last decade designing, remodeling, and building the spaces I host — from gut renovations to decks, saunas, kitchens, cabinetry, and custom furniture built by hand.​​

With 11+ years of hands-on experience and more than 2,000 five-star guest reviews, I’ve built a solid system that keeps guests happy and homes performing. For me, hospitality is personal: thoughtful details, clear communication, and properties that are actually looked after — not managed from afar.
