Who We Are

Hi, I’m Peter Sieve — the founder and operator behind Stay Gold Hospitality.

I host and manage distinctive short-term rentals, from a loft in NE Minneapolis to a waterfront A-frame on Lake Pepin. I also manage properties for owners who want the same level of care I give my own.

With 11+ years of hands-on experience and more than 2,000 five-star guest reviews, I’ve built a proven system that keeps guests happy and homes performing. For me, hospitality is personal: thoughtful details, clear communication, and properties that are actually looked after — not managed from afar.
